explore charming countryside with easy access to attractions
I had such a memorable stay where I enjoyed delicious breakfasts and lovely rural views featuring grazing sheep right from my window. also, the property is just a short drive from places like the Iron Age Hill Fort and Badminton House which made my weekend explorations even more delightful.

The breakfast was outstanding, a real feast with loads of delightful options! Plus, the owners were super welcoming, making our stay feel cozy and special, especially with plenty of secure space for the dogs to frolic around.
On arriving, we found that the 'private bathroom' was a trek on another floor, with toilet access right in view of the dining room! To top it off, the room doors don't lock from outside, leaving us a bit uneasy. When we voiced our concerns, the owners were not very accommodating.

Recommend for a couple of nights
Charming room, delightful breakfast, with lovely views of the rural landscape and a spacious outdoor dining area where we enjoyed drinks
One minor thing to note is the lack of a lock on the room door.

Room offered excellent comfort with a wing back chair that I found surprisingly conducive for a snooze. The rural view featuring sheep lounging in the field was a nice touch. not something you see every day.
Discovered upon arrival that my en suite room actually required navigating several flights of stairs to access the bathroom on a different floor, which was quite inconvenient. Can't lock the doors from the outside — just a flimsy pin on the inside that failed to provide any real security. Dining options limited. needed to drive a bit into town for evening meals.

The double room was super comfortable with a cozy bed and lovely views of the surrounding meadows. I loved the tea/coffee making facilities too. Plus, the host was welcoming and gave great tips for local attractions. The only downside was the noise outside at night that made it a bit hard to sleep. But the overall vibe was peaceful, and I felt right at home.

The double room was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed and lovely views, making for a pleasant atmosphere. Enjoying drinks in the spacious garden was a highlight, but the small sink posed a bit of inconvenience. the room lacked a reliable door lock, which raised security concerns, and some outdated amenities like an expired WiFi code detracted from the overall experience. Breakfast was well-cooked and delightful, providing a bright spot during the stay.

Had such a lovely time! The room was super comfy, and we had awesome views of sheep right from our window. The breakfast was a real treat, with plenty of delicious options. Only bummer was the outside noise at night, which made it a bit tricky to sleep.
